Bookings for the 2011 Lancashire Show are up on last year with an unprecedented 80 stands being pre-booked already with numerous more on a provisional basis. The show which next year will have a young chef of the year competition over the 2 days in the Pavilion Theatre and live bands, the show will be even bigger than 2010 with potentially over 180 stands. Also new for next year will be a live cooking demonstration area.

Although turnout for the first 2010 event was good (over 5000 visitors) the organisers are hoping for even more of a turnout next year.

With the dates for next year’s show changed to 6th & 7th April it will only be 3 weeks before Easter and a great time to be ordering for the busy period.

Opening times for next year’s show have been announced Weds 6th April 10.30am – 6.30pm. Thurs 7th April 10.30am – 4pm
